Doner meets bratwurst! Our own creation combines the best of two cultures: we have reinterpreted the classic German bratwurst sausage and manufactured it using our own doner meat and spices. Since its introduction at the end of 2012, the Doner Sausage has been a complete success and has found many fans with its typical piquant flavour. The Doner Sausage can be served in a hot-dog bun with special sauce or spicy mustard. The sausage can be prepared on the grill (charcoal, gas or electric) or also in the pan. The Doner Sausage can be individually removed and lasts 6 months in the freezer.
